 INVITING TENDER QUOTATION

Sealed quotations are invited from Government Registered/Authorized vendors, Corporations, Cooperative Society, WEBEL, WBHIDC, DGS & T, Agencies and Organizations for the purchase of items/repair/AMC/maintenance in our college for the financial year 2021-2022.

1.       Purchase of Stationery Goods and Sanitary Items, Sanitizers and Sanitizing Equipments, Furniture.

2.      Purchase of Equipments, Chemicals, Glass/ Polymer apparatus, Books and Journals.

3.      Purchase of Teaching Aids & Laboratory Aids including Biological Live and Preserved Specimens etc.

4.      AMC/ Maintenance/ Servicing of Equipments including Scientific Instruments, Microscope etc.

5.      AMC/ Maintenance/ Servicing of Water Purifier, Copier Machines and related items, College Garden, Generator Set etc.

6.      Minor Civil Works in the College.

7.       Dusting of Books/Library, Pest control.

8.      Printing and Publications, Digital Cataloguing, Binding, Lamination of Books and Printed Matters.

9.      Purchase of Sports and Athletic Items/ Gym Items.

10.   Online Application and Admission Process.

11.    Development and Maintenance of College Website.

12.   Development and Maintenance of College App System.

13.   Development and Maintenance of Cloud based LMS, Data Management System.

14.   Development and Maintenance of complete Studio set up for simultaneous Recording and Streaming sessions.

15.   Items for Smart Class rooms, Virtual Class rooms and Language laboratories.

16.   Purchase of Computers, Laptops & related Accessories, Software, Hardware components.

17.   Development/AMC/Maintenance of Local Area Network.

18.   AMC/Maintenance of Desktop Computers, Projectors, etc.

 

 

Interested applicants may apply in their letterheads to the Principal, Maulana Azad College, Kolkata with relevant documents which disclose their government affiliation along with the documents of:

i) Income Tax Clearance, ii) Photocopy of PAN card, iii) GST No., iv) Trade License as applicable and v) Mobile No.

Last Date for submission:  5 p.m. of 15th September, 2021

·         Sealed Quotations along with all relevant documents should be submitted at the College office within 5 p.m. of 15th September, 2021.

·         Sealed Quotations have to be submitted and dropped in the specified ‘Tender Box’ kept at the College main entrance on working days only.

·         The authority has every right to cancel any Quotation without stating any reasons, thereof.

·         Preference will be given to Govt. approved agencies like WBSIDC, WEBEL., Cooperative Soc. Ltd., etc.

·         List Equipments/Items will be displayed in the College Website and the purchase will be made subject to the availability of funds.
